Philosophy

Less, but always

Most people book a massage once something already hurts. We built NULAN for the opposite case: the regular visit that keeps you from getting there.

That is why we keep the menu short and run the same protocol every session, and book your next appointment before you leave if you want us to. Consistency is the treatment.

Our team trains in every technique on the menu and keeps training every year. We don't improvise: each session has a defined sequence, and that sequence is what you get on your first visit and on your fortieth.

Your visit

How it works

Book a 60-minute session and count on about 75 in total: arrival, consultation and closing included. We start on time.

Arrival

Arrive a few minutes early and take a seat in our lounge until we show you to your room. You change there, into linen clothing if your session calls for it, and we begin at the time we agreed.

Short consultation

Three minutes with your therapist: areas to avoid, preferred pressure, injuries or pregnancy. This is the moment to say everything.

The session

Low light, music chosen for the room and a session that starts and ends on time. You can ask for more or less pressure at any point.

Closing

Afterwards, tea or water and a few minutes to come back to your own pace. A shower is available if you need one. If you like, we book your next appointment before you leave.

Frequently asked

Before your first time

What do I wear?

We provide clean linen clothing for oil-free sessions. For oil sessions we provide disposable underwear, and you are always covered with towels.

Does it hurt?

It shouldn't. Deep-pressure sessions work with firm pressure and stretching, and can feel intense over tight areas, but pressure is adjusted with you throughout. Discomfort yes, pain no.

How far ahead should I book?

Weekdays usually have availability 24–48 hours ahead. For weekends and evening slots we recommend a week.

Can I cancel?

Yes, free of charge up to 24 hours before. Within 24 hours we charge 50% of the session, except for medical reasons.

Is there any reason I shouldn't book?

Let us know beforehand if you are pregnant, have thrombosis, recent fractures, acute inflammation, fever, or are undergoing cancer treatment. In some cases we adapt the session; in others we will ask for prior medical clearance. NULAN offers wellbeing treatments, not medical care.

Start with one session

No commitment. If it convinces you, we'll talk about the habit afterwards.
